First 24-48 Hours After Your Service
-
Keep Lashes Dry:
-
Avoid water, steam, and moisture around your eyes for the first 24-48 hours.
-
Do not wash your face or take a shower that may cause water to run over your lashes.
-
-
Avoid Makeup and Skincare Products:
-
Do not apply mascara, eye makeup, or any skincare products around the eye area during this period.
-
-
No Rubbing or Touching:
-
Avoid rubbing or touching your lashes to ensure they set properly.
-
Ongoing Lash Care
-
Be Gentle:
-
Avoid rubbing your eyes or using any abrasive materials near your lashes.
-
-
Use Oil-Free Products:
-
Choose oil-free makeup removers and cleansers to avoid breaking down the lift and tint prematurely.
-
-
Avoid Waterproof Mascara:
-
If you choose to wear mascara, avoid waterproof formulas as they can be difficult to remove and may weaken the lift.
-
-
Brush Your Lashes:
-
Use a clean spoolie brush to gently comb through your lashes daily to keep them neat and separated.
-
-
Avoid Excessive Heat:
-
Minimize exposure to steam, saunas, and hot yoga classes, which can weaken the lift.
-
Allergy Information
Though rare, allergic reactions can occur. Be aware of the following symptoms:
-
Redness and Irritation: Eyes may appear red and feel itchy or irritated.
-
Swelling: Swelling around the eyelids or eye area.
-
Watery Eyes: Excessive tearing or watery eyes.
-
Itching or Burning Sensation: A persistent itching or burning sensation around the eyes.
If you experience any of these symptoms, contact Lush Lash and Co immediately. We recommend performing a patch test before your service if you have sensitive skin or a history of allergies.
When to Rebook
Your lash lift and tint will typically last 6-8 weeks. We recommend rebooking your next appointment within this time frame to maintain your beautiful lashes.
